「Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Zimmer sind geräumig und schön. Das Bad ist mit einer begehbaren Dusche ausgestattet. Parkgebühren im Parkhaus zu teuer.」

「Byli jsme nadšení. Krásné prostředí, klidné se skvělou dostupností na sjezdovku (menší pro děti a úplné začátečníky přímo u hotelu, větší kousek přes silnici), ale i pěší výlet či výlet na běžky. Vlek přímo u ubytování. Dále bych vyzdvihla výbornou snídani. Spoustu variant sladké /slané /bezmasé. Navíc po náročném dni možnost wellness - sauna, vyhřívka, bazén. Personál velmi milý a ochotný. Doporučuji!」

「General the hotel is located in beautiful surroundings and generally also a nice hotel. Grund Resort is however on Hotels.com registered as having air-condition. Sadly this does somehow not apply for 'standard double rooms' which both disappointed & surprised me as being visiting during summer time where the sun shines on the window side all day long +30 celcius」

「es konnte keiner nicht mal ein wort deutsch, was die Verständigung sehr schwer machte, es stand in der Beschreibung das ein Parkplatz inbegrifen ist, war es aber nicht. Wir musten dafür bezahlen, wir haben 2 Raum mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht, haben dann aber nur 1 Raum und 1 Doppelbett bekommen! 」

「Modern, sehr sauber. Balkon hat keine Aufenthaltsqualität. Schlafzimmer ist sehr einsehbar vom Gehweg. Hinweis für die Schlüsselübergabe kam von Expedia sehr spät. 」

「Nice hotel and as well breakfast menu. Hotel is located approximately 1,5-2 km from the city center where the restaurants are located. No dinner restaurant available at the hotel but there is a self service bar (water & beers etc).」

「This hotel is simply not worth the 4 stars. There is no bar or table, where you can sit and work. There is no possibility for coffee in the hotel outside breakfast, and there is only 2 small bottles of water to drink. The furniture and the bed are not comfortable. In general it is clean and the staff is friendly, but i expected a lot more from a 4 star hotel. 」

「Die Unterkunft ist praktisch für den Wander -und Winterurlaub. Das Frühstück reichlich. Sie ist praktisch und einfach eingerichtet. Das Bad hat eine Sitzbadewanne ohne Vorhang, das heißt das ganze Bad schwimmt, beim Duschen. Dementsprechend ist das Mobiliar beschädigt. Wechselhandtücher, für eine Woche, wären schön gewesen. 」
