All great... but just in photos

Ther is just one premium mobile home faced to th pool. All others are with the side to the pool, so they can put more to one pool. The rooms are much smaller than in the photos. The towels in the room were unwound and torned. The waterpark in the water was missing and the sun-beds were all tied up and we couldn’t use / rent them.

Schöne Anlage, schrecklicher Service

Die Anlage und die Lage waren top. Es gab ein tolles Angebot an Möglichkeiten für uns als Familie mit Kleinkind. Das Mobile Home war anders als auf den Fotos (viel kleiner) und als Familie hatte man zu wenig Platz. Besonders das Kochen war schwierig, es gab kaum Arbeitsfläche. Das Check-in war sehr chaotisch, das Personal gestresst und unfreundlich. Bei Wünschen sollten wir uns am Empfang melden, was telefonisch nie geklappt hat - immer landeten wir bei der Hauptzentrale, die uns weiterverbunden hat und dann haute es uns aus der Leitung. Es war bisher unser teuerster Urlaub, gleichzeitig mussten wir vom Service viel selber übernehmen. Neue Badetücher erhielten wir erst nach einer Woche - ab dann dafür täglich und doppelt, was absolut keinen Sinn machte. Die benutzten Tücher liessen sie dort. Klopapier haben wir am Ende selber gekauft, weil nie jemand vorbeikam und den Empfang zu kontaktieren, funktionierte nicht. Wir kennen Kroatien sehr gut und wir sind das erste Mal richtig enttäuscht.

Die privaten Pools bei den Mobilehomes waren super! Schade dass der große Hauptpool am Strand wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen hatte. Sonst war es ein toller Aufenthalt! Tolle Anlage! Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Es war etwas schade, dass man für vieles noch zusätzlich bezahlt hat. Und zwar ziemlich viel. Zum Beispiel für die Hüpfburg im Wasser. Der Preis für das Mobilehome ist ja schliesslich nicht gerade günstig.

Wir waren in einem mobile home und waren sehr zufrieden. Die kompakten Units (wir hatten eine mit Whirlpool) sind ordentlich ausgestattet und liegen wie an einer Perlenschnur aufgefädelt nebeneinander in einem Wäldchen am Hang. Von der Ausstattung hat uns nur ein Toaster und ein Käseschneider :-) gefehlt - sonst passt alles. Kurz Wege zu Strand und zu den zahlreichen und schönen Poolanlagen. Gerade Antonio im KidsClub hat sich sehr rührend um unsere Zwillinge gekümmert! Herzlichen Dank noch einmal. Die Spielplätze sind zum Teil etwas in die Jahr gekommen und nicht unbedingt etwas für ältere Kinder ab 6. Die Preise im Restaurant und im Supermarkt sind durchaus höherer Natur und zum Teil (gerade Getränke) etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für unsere Vorstellung. Sonst hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und können die Räumlichkeit eines mobilehomes nur empfehlen. Auch der Campingplatz machte in den neuen Bereichen einen sehr guten Eindruck. Alles wirkt organisiert und der Service (wenn es um neue Handtücher oder Bettwäsche geht) ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Sowohl Roinji, als auch Pula sind eine und mehrere Reisen unbedingt wert. Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Lidl und Kaufland sind in circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Unsere Unterkunft war, wie gebucht, direkt am Pool. Für unsere Kinder das totale Highlight. Es war alles Sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt auf der Anlage. Weg Fußweg zum Strand war nicht weit - max. 5min
