「房間較小，且先要到另外一地點reception(avior holidays)登記入住。他們會用哥爾夫球車載你到住處。 Residence距離old town 有十多分鐘步程，沿途可以欣賞海景。亦有很多餐廳及食物選擇。」

「Milena e suo marito sono dei padroni di casa sorridenti e molto carini! L' appartamento al secondo piano con a fianco un altro ha tutto quanto si possa richiedere. Lavatrice, terrazzo dove si può anche pranzare e nel nostro caso visto il periodo anche il riscaldamento. Ubicato in un quartiere residenziale molto silenzioso. Per arrivare in centro servono 5 minuti in macchina. Valuteremo un ritorno in questa struttura per l'estate!」

「We stayed at Alla Pescheria in Rovinj from Nov.19-20. The town was quiet during our visit, with many shops were closed, and the weather was rainy but mild. The building is old, but the rooms are modern and well-designed. Avior provided an electric vehicle upon arrival, and Manuel was very helpful, assisting with our luggage and navigating the steep, narrow stairs to the room. 「주차도 좋고 주택가라 조용하고 발코니도 있어서 만족하며 지내다 갑니다」

「Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....
