「O hotel esta muito bem localizado, no centro histórico, precisa de Autorização Ztl ( 5 euros) ou 🅿️ 15 euro! Quarto e enxoval de qualidade!! Varias opções de restaurantes! (Quatre tette-comida mantova com otimo custo) . Atenção estacionar em faixas azuis ou brancas( na quinta-feira tem feirinha- atenção placas / se informar no hotel) O atendimento ótimo. 」

「Das Zimmer war sauber und besonders das Netz in der Zwischendecke war das Highlight für die Kids. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber funktional und die Dusche befindet sich im Schlafraum, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (wir waren vier Tage vor Ort) auf jeden Fall machbar. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall wohl gefühlt. 「Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. 」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」
