「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Appartement super, alles sehr sauber, ruhig. Gross genug für 4 Personen, 1-2 Tage. Klimaanlage perfekt, bei 36 ° C lebensnotwendig. Bett sehr gut, neue Matratzen mit memoryfoam. 「Bella struttura, moderna. Pulita e spaziosa. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte in un bungalow e avevamo il posto auto coperto riservato all'interno della struttura. Il bungalow è molto accogliente e ben fornito. Manca solo il bidet nel bagno che per un italiano può sembrare strano ma essendo frequentato per lo più da stranieri probabilmente non ci fanno caso e nemmeno lo richiedono ovviamente. Ma non è un grosso problema. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Le piazzole dove ho visto posteggiati...

「Super dejligt og familievenligt sted, med børneklub ved den store pool, hjælpsomt personale og pænt og rent område. Roligt efter kl.19/19.30, hvilket er skønt med mindre børn. Lejligheden fungerede perfekt til vores ophold, men størstedelen af tiden blev brugt i poolen samt ture til den nærliggende by og Garda søen」

「Fantastic apt style hotel with valet parking just outside most loud shopping streets, under 10min walk to the arena di Verona, right in front of castle museum. Definitely a considerable place where you can cook and relax in a small common area in each apartment. Super new everything, clean, neat. 5 star. 」

「It was a surprise for me that the apartment was exactly what was presented on pictures and description. Host, Cris contacted me two days before my stay making sure that we get all the important information about the nearest parking, and how to get and find properly. He was very professional and made sure that we felt welcome. He provided us with a list of recommended places and restaurants.
