「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「Location is very calm and attractive. The whole hotel exudes an atmosphere of quiet, yet generous simplicity and a modern interpretation of rustic charm. The bedroom was more than adequate and the whole deal was good value There is ample parking and the breakfast was sumptuous in range, quantity and quality. Unfortunately there was no restaurant service on the evening of our stay, being a Sunday. Otherwise top notch.」
