「Beautiful, modern and spotless place in a great neighborhood, close to many restaurants and the waterfront. We really enjoyed our stay! The only thing we wished for was some patio furniture on the rooftop so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space even more. Would definitely recommend!」

「Our family of 10 adults had an incredible three-night stay at Sunset Farm—it was truly one of the highlights of our trip through the Cape. 「Clean and quiet room. Kenny was great and make sure we are okay everyday. Location was great.」

「The unit was very clean and spacious. We were visiting for the marathon so it was great to have our own kitchen. Grocery store was only a 5 min walk away and the shuttle to the race start was only a 2 min walk. Security guards at the entrance to the hotel so safe. You do need to be street smart as soon as you exit the hotel and walking towards the train station area is more prone to cell phone theft and begging. Just be smart. We were able to walk to hop-on-hop-off bus start in 10 mins.」
