The location of the hotel proved to be advantageous, close to our destination and easily accessible from the highway. Cleanliness was excellent, everything was in perfect order, and we were entirely satisfied. The staff demonstrated high competence. Unfortunately, two or three significant issues arose. Firstly, we had booked four rooms, including an accessible room according to handicap standards and a room for two babies. Regrettably, the handicap room was not available, making the journey challenging from the start. However, the hotel responded extremely professionally. The night shift and the staff member in the morning shift were extremely friendly and worked to make our stay enjoyable. Special commendation to them. Discrepancies regarding breakfast times were also professionally resolved. Although we were informed of an 11 a.m. breakfast, it ended at 10 a.m. Nevertheless, the breakfast area staff handled the situation professionally and served us an extra breakfast. Regarding the accessible room, a solution was possible the next day, but due to medical reasons, we opted against it. However, the FOM professionally refunded the first night. As someone in the hotel industry, I find the hotel appealing, with friendly staff and a convenient location. The cleanliness impressed me. Het sofabed was niet opgemaakt voor de kinderen. Met veel moeite nieuwe lakens verkregen en dan waren de lakens erop gegooid. Het personeel vond het eerst niet nodig om dit proper te maken. Dit is geen 4-sterren hotel meer waardig. Etensresten die in de gang blijven staan. Onvriendelijk personeel. We hebben al meermaals in een novotel verbleven en overal was het in orde. Die Unterkunft ist alt, die Schiebetür im Eingang öffnet nicht richtig und bleibt auf halber Strecke stehen. Im Fahrstuhl ist die Anzeigetafel defekt und in die Vorrichtung gefallen. Die Zimmer sind alt, das Bad mit Schimmel an der Wand. Das Servicepersonal überfordert und nicht serviceorientiert - zeitweise waren keinen Frühstücksuntensilien verfügbar. Am Empfang hat man sich die Missstände angehört, passiert ist aber nichts. Das ist nur eine Kurzfassung meiner Eindrücke.

Poor maintenance, sloppy cleaning
We had two short stays at the hotel in two different rooms. We have been here several times before before the pandemic, and the hotel used to be quite good. This time, both rooms had multiple maintenance problems. The first room had the stop of the bathroom sink missing, the in-room safe did not work, and one of the towel racks was broken. Although we asked them every day to fix these things, and they promised every day to do so, they never did (during a 5 day stay). The second room (second stay) had a broken lamp, and some problems with the shower, and drainage. The shower was fixed, but nothing else.

Mala gestión de la plataforma y del hotel.
Tuve que hacer dos reservaciones porque la primera vez no recibí confirmación. Luego de contactar a hoteles.com levante el reclamo. Me pidieron 5 días hábiles y nunca contestaron. Hice una segunda reservación y al llegar al hotel tenía dos reservaciones y no me devolvieron lo que no usé. Eso es robar. Además el Hotel estaba sucio y no ofrecen limpieza de cuartos a diario. Alfombras muy sucias.

I have to clean my room by myself, take a hoover from the house keeper supervisor and hoover my room, you dear not put your leg on the floor, because if you do, your bed will be dirty, my bathrooms sink was Blocked, no house keeper could not do it, neither the supervisor but they say oh, we will fix it before you return in to the room, but it was not done, they expected us to leave with it, they says everybody is sick, the plumber, hotel manager, and the junior staffs, in the night, we went to the young man on duty at the reception, Mr Clinton, him alone on duty, he lift his job to our room and fix it, thats is the job we complained in the morning that nobody did until this young man fix it at night, what did you think? He suppose be the manager or the assistant manager of the hotel, because the assistant manager, the manager, and the room manager are all incompetent. So if you don't want to clean your own room, choose another hotel.

Good central location, nice hotel, friendly staff and good facilities - enjoyed our stay 🙂. Just be careful if camper van as parking restricted height. Outdoor pool needs some maintenance on steps. Loved it though - thank you.

Unser Familienaufenthalt im Hotel hinterließ einen bitteren Beigeschmack. Obwohl wir bei der Anreise ausdrücklich betont hatten, dass es für uns wichtig sei, als Familie mit Kindern in der Nähe voneinander untergebracht zu sein, da wir auch die Zimmer alle zusammen gebucht haben, wurden unsere Wünsche nicht berücksichtigt. Wir hatten drei Zimmer gebucht, aber sie waren weder auf derselben Etage noch nebeneinander, was unsere Pläne erheblich erschwerte. Besonders enttäuschend war die Tatsache, dass wir uns bereits beim Check-in über unsere Präferenzen geäußert hatten, da der Opa auf die Kinder aufpassen sollte. Leider wurde dies nicht berücksichtigt sie waren sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich und wir mussten unnötige Wege zwischen den Zimmern zurücklegen, um auf die Kinder aufpassen zu können. Zusätzlich dazu war die Lage des Hotels ein Problem. Es war weit entfernt von den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten, die ich während meines Aufenthalts erleben wollte. Dies führte zu unnötigen Fahrten und Zeitverlust, um zu den gewünschten Orten zu gelangen. Insgesamt war die Kombination aus einem wenig hilfreichen Personal und der abgelegenen Lage enttäuschend. Ich hoffe, dass das Hotel in Zukunft Verbesserungen vornehmen wird, um den Gästen eine angenehmere Erfahrung zu bieten.

Hotel is goed voor een nachtje. Geen luxe maar wel prima. Familie kamer wel krap met 4 personen. Ontbijt prima wij hadden het er bij in. €24 los betalen zeker niet waard

We waarderen uw opmerking over de familiekamer en begrijpen dat het krap kan zijn voor vier personen. Onze Superior kamers zijn inderdaad ontworpen voor maximaal vier personen, maar we hebben ook andere kamertypes beschikbaar die meer ruimte bieden, zoals onze Executive kamers.Wat betreft de prijs van het ontbijt, we streven ernaar om een uitgebreid en kwalitatief ontbijtbuffet aan te bieden met een verscheidenheid aan verse producten en warme gerechten. Pas terrible pour le prix. Nettoyage à revoir.
Chambre assez sale et service à revoir. Chambre pas nettoyée, lit a peine fait, ne surtout pas soulever le tapis ! 2 serviettes même si vous êtes 3. Sinon très calme. Excellent petit déjeuner, très complet. Piscine non chauffée. Rien dans les alentours pour dîner.

Cependant, nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que la propreté de votre chambre n'était pas à la hauteur de vos attentes. Nous accordons une grande importance à la propreté et au confort de nos chambres, et nous veillerons à renforcer nos procédures de nettoyage pour éviter que cela ne se reproduise à l'avenir. Concernant les serviettes, n'hésitez pas à demander des serviettes supplémentaires à la réception si nécessaire. Pour ce qui est de la piscine, elle est chauffée par des panneaux solaires, ce qui peut parfois rendre la température de l'eau variable. Enfin, notre hôtel est situé à proximité des transports en commun, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre-ville de Rotterdam pour profiter de diverses options de restauration.Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous recevoir chez nous à nouveau.
