I have paid one time to Expedia for booking. When I was doing online check in then hotel ask for my debit card details which I provided. While providing details they mentioned that it will be €0 charge. We are taking debit card details if in case you use something of hotel so we can deduct directly when you check out.
After providing my fed it card details. I have been charged €86 on spot and when I go to hotel for entry. There was a receptionist who told me that you have to pay €100 as security deposit. Otherwise cancel your booking. He knows that I am not able to cancel it because I have paid two times first to Expedia and 2nd hotel deducted directly from my bank.
So I paid €100 extra. This €100 has been refunded on check out. €86 they said they will refund it but they never. Also Expedia didn’t take responsibility of this €86.
Please note that before booking I did check all the requirements there was nothing showing regarding deposits.
So please prepare for this scam when booking.

Camera spaziosa ed estremamente silenziosa a distanza comoda dal centro di Rotterdam e dalla stazione centrale; tre notti passate in estrema comodità.
Forse giusto un po' la vetustà dello stabile, le pareti un po' sporche che andrebbero riverniciate, manca per rendere questo alberghetto perfetto.
