The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was open from morning to evening for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a snack or a drink from the bar. There is easy, free parking behind the restaurant and hotel building, and a mall close by. My room was cleaned every day. It was in the back of the building and very quiet. I had a very pleasant stay.

Overall a great stay.

The staff were all very helpful and polite. The rooms are very basic and old but we're clean. I went with my mum, her room and a refrigerator but my room didn't, my room had a hairdryer her room didn't. The TV is a good size but only had a few English channels. Tea and coffee making facilities but no decaf but excellent biscuits. We didn't have dinner in the restaurant but did have breakfast twice, it is a bit over priced and it was the same both days. The walk to the station was a 15 min walk. Train and Metro services were really good. You can buy a All day travel card from Rotterdam central information center for €9.50 for tram, metro and busses in Rotterdam only. We made good uses of these. Overall a great stay.

Hotel was quite nice compared to comparable properties we’ve stayed at. The restaurant far exceeded our expectations. Had dinner there the first night and was amazed at the menu options. Got talking to the chef and he offered to make a pasta dish that was not even on the menu and it was very good.

An ok hotel but in need of a refurbishment. Rooms more in 1980's era than 2020's. Room was clean and well priced plus had the bonus of free on-site parking. Restaurant meals were ok but not exceptional but were well priced. Overall a good value hotel close to the city.

I booked for 3 nights but could only make 2 of the them due to a change of plans. I accepted and understood that I would not get a refund for the night I couldn’t stay but was a little disappointed not to have been offered a complimentary breakfast. The hotel itself was fine for what we paid for it.

De verwarming stond uit, dus het was koud. Tevens papieren bekers, geen glazen. Ook zaten er vlekken op de muren. Water bleef staan in het bad bij het douchen. Was niet de hoofdprijs, maar verwacht wel schone kamers en in ieder geval glas ipv papieren beker.

Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Slechts twee stopcontacten aanwezig. Één aan het voeteneind bij het raam en één in de douche..geen oplaadpunt naast je bed helaas. Fijne bedden. Het mengen van de douchekraan was niet te doen...of te koud of af en toe gloeiend heet water over je heen. Dit gemeld bij de receptie. Personeel heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het hotel is schoon, maar is aan een opknapbeurt toe.

De kamer is extreem gehorig, je hoort werkelijk alles van de buren. Daarnaast wisselt het douchewater plotseling van gloeiend heet naar ijskoud zodra er in een ander appartement tegelijkertijd wordt gedoucht.

Vennlig og hjelpsom personale, litt slitt

Rommet var ordinært, litt slitt, men rent og velstelt nok selv om overflater og tekstiler var synlig slitt/velbrukt. Alt fungerte og var helt. Renholdet var bra, det ble vasket bad og skiftet håndklær. Personalet i resepsjon og restaurant var meget hjelpsomme, søte og vennlige. Vi har allergier/intoleranser og de var veldig seriøse og tillitsvekkende mht allergener i maten.
