環境清潔可以再多加強，地毯上有垃圾,未使用的浴巾上夾有毛髮等。其他設備齊全，床很舒適！

位於鹿特丹中央火車站，步行大概8分鐘左右對於交通都大分方便，往市中心大概12分鐘！地理位置屬於較方便！可是酒店設施就非常一般，床辱比較軟，睡不慣，沖涼水溫難控制，電熱水器非常骯髒，佈滿塵埃，要求換新的沒有理會只給我們清潔一下！所以對於有潔癖的人不太建議。感覺不太乾淨！勝在夠方便

Room with no/broken bedroom lights, could only use the bathroom and table lights for lighting. Informed reception and they could not get technician to fix, also they could not give us a spare light, therefore we had to spend a night in dark and had dinner downstairs in the restaurant. Spoke to manager next day and arranged us a new room. Overall was a very poor experience with unhelpful staff.

nice location
nice location near Rotterdam centraal and the room is very spacious. Our room is forward to living area so it is very quiet. the bed is very cozy, but the room is dark at night.

The most terrible hotel.
房價便宜，所以訂了最高級的套房，在3樓。詭異的是，電梯只到2樓。行李要自己扛到三樓。想吃泡麵，熱水器髒到吐，想換一個，沒辦法，只能等明天。明天還是沒換。洗澡水超小，根本無法洗澡，反應了，還是要等明天。明天還是沒處理。最後用逃跑式的離開飯店。下次還是住連鎖集團的基本房好了。

Nice place to stay in Rotterdam
Sufficient space for 2 people, clean and tidy room. Nice location with 15 mins walk from city centre and friendly staffs are very much appreciated! Would come again when I visit Rotterdam in the future:)

飯店的門口有三個階梯殘障者入住必須要請飯店人員開旁邊停車場門從地下室才可以進入，地下室有個斜坡較為抖，手推輪椅著要人協助，浴室輪椅可以進入但是非常的小，輪椅不能回轉，客房是無障礙的，缺點就是浴室殘障者不容易使用。

One of the lamp is broken so the room is very dull. Also the air conditioner is not working well. Wifi also weak in the room. Just will not stay again in this hotel. Not recommended

距離火車站比較遠，要行15分鐘。房間比較細，難放下兩個大行李，去廁所要行樓梯，非常不方便，水壓底，沖涼要花多一點時間，牀好軟，使人難入腄。早餐可以接受。

room is very good with only a little wifi problem
clean and comfort room, we love it very much, tram no.25 can appoach, 10minutes walk from the central station. but there's some problem about the wifi in the room, only in the bathroom can we recieve the wifi signal and is very weak, another choice is going to the lobby, the wifi is workable there.

Worthy experience
It's the best hotel of my 11 nights in Belgium and Netherlands. Big space of the room and it's clean. Great breakfast and the staff is friendly to help. Only few walks to Rotterdam Central Station and tram station. I rent a bike in the hotel and ride directly to erasmusbrug to take waterbus. The price for rent a bike is 15 euro per day which is a little bit too much though.

性價比高
飯店距離tram很近，走到車站也不遠，店員都很好心的提供協助，且服務態度佳，店內可以暫放行李。 飯店內有浴缸、熱水壺、吹風機、wifi、早餐吃的飽、房間很大、桌子也很大、有提供環保的沐浴乳與洗髮精(但對東方的髮質來說洗起來易打結，建議長髮住戶自行準備洗髮精或護髮乳)。 缺點只有住宿內碰到牆壁會白白的，空調有運轉聲，房卡只有一張這兩問題，整體而言住宿體驗佳，性價比高的選擇。

乾淨可住
房間很陳舊，浴室狹小，沒有冰箱，但還算乾淨，若為省錢可以選擇這間。有些房間在夾層搭電梯後還要再提行李走幾格樓梯。房間內有股蠟的味道一直散不去，不過同行友人說像清潔劑味道但不重。
