Had a great one night stay at Prince’s Gate. Awesome location, and a nice historic feel to the rooms and facilities. Even got a room upgrade which added to the stay. The pool was closed, but they remedied this by sending us to Polynesian spa free of charge which was a thoughtful touch.

This was not mentioned on their website and one of the main reasons for booking here. They said I could go to Polynesian Spa and get a 20% discount…not okay since I had already paid the hotel and expected to use their pools.
