Definitely recommend and reservations book way out, so book early! And tip: ask for Mark to be your driver... Seriously I can't remember the last time I laughed so hard

Absolutely loved what we got for the price we paid! It was super nice, clean and well maintained. We will definitely consider this hotel next time we return to Rotorua!

Room was nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond! I was going to be late for check-in so I called and they said that is absolutely fine, then mads arrangements for my room key. I had a total of 5 guests so the staff gave a few extra towels, even a few hot chocolates for the kids. I was able to wash and dry all our laundry.

Rooms were nice and clean, hot pool was amazing for a long day of exploring close to Fish n chip shop and a dairy around the corner. To make these rooms exceptional though... an aircon should be installed. Easy to find, great quiet location, not far from town.

I would definitely stay again.. Only thing was spa was out of order in tbe room during the time other than that was friendly clean and definitely the best ive been to so far in rotorua for teens and kids
