We loved the private tub that came with the room. This was a cheap stay for us so considering that the room itself was relatively tidy but could definitely do with a deep clean. Some mould in the bathroom and wee basic things like body wash run out and not refilled in shower, and just general cleanliness of skirting boards etc. We had also booked for 4 people but rooms was only set up for 3. Other than that we enjoyed our stay for the price we paid.

Great location and a good accommodation option if you’re travelling on a budget. We had no issues with the staff, and it was family-friendly. The spa was also great. However, it would be nice if the rooms had a fresher smell. The jug could also do with an upgrade, as the inside was quite old and, unfortunately, looked a little disgusting. Overall, a decent stay for the price.

The room was not clean. We found a dirty sock under the sofa bed. It was meant to be for 4 people but no bedding provided for the sofa bed. Sofa bed was uncomfortable and we didn’t end up using it. There were cigarette buds outside next to the hot pool. There was no bath soap or shampoo in the shower which was very inconvenient. It was spacious enough and the double bed was comfortable but felt that overall cleanliness was lacking and facilities were not checked or provided properly.

Have tried emailing the motel and no one has replied unfortunately, the actual condition of the motel was completely different from what was advertised. When we arrived, we were very disappointed with the overall appearance of the property. There was rubbish scattered around the outside of the motel, and the property did not look anything like the photos we had seen when making our booking. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was even more concerning. The room had a strong smell and was very dirty. There was visible mould on the windowsills, and the walls throughout the motel appeared dirty and as though they had not been cleaned or wiped down. The bathroom floor was also in a very poor condition, and the towel rail was broken and coming away from the wall. The worst issue occurred the following morning when we went to have a shower. The shower was not draining properly and quickly filled with water. When my husband removed the plug to see what was causing the blockage, it was full of hair and god knows what. This was extremely unpleasant and made us question when the shower had last been properly cleaned. No one could even have a shower which we all needed. The condition of the accommodation was so poor that my two daughters, who were staying with us, wanted to sleep in the car. When we left the motel the next morning at 7.30 no one came when we called the buzzer so we left the keys in the drop box .
