Had a very nice stay here with our dogs. I was surprised by the size of room for the price. We had a 1 bedroom suite and the whole room had recently been remodeled with nice name brand amenities (e.g. Samsung, Cuisinart). Also the campus had lots of area for our dogs to walk around. The staff was also great. Photo’s on the listing accurately reflect the rooms. You can tell some of the property on the campus is currently under construction but it did not interfere with our stay at all. We will definitely patronize in the future.

The staff informed us manager increased price per dog per day without notice, even though I spoke with the manager 2 days before our stay and despite all of the notices posted throughout the facility (at front desk, in the elevator). Asked that manager call me to arrange a refund at it was a "bait and switch" situation. He never did. Have filed complaint with our credit card company.
This was posted in the elevator, but we were charged $25 despite the hotels postings.

Great place to stay. Reception was fantastic, owner/manager was very pleasant and the desk agent couldn't be any nicer! Only drawback was the pillows, being on the smallest than normal size. Would definitely rebook here next time I'm out this way.

This was one of the better stays on my trip throughout New Mexico. The staff was kind and courteous. The rooms were extremely clean. The bedding was comfortable. The property was well maintained and the facilities were great.

You noticed the cleanliness the minute you walk in the lobby. Not just doesn’t look clean, but it smells clean. The staff are superb, very attentive to your needs. There is a grocery store right around the corner, to get whatever you need. It is well situated for easy access to the main road, but far enough from it that it is very quiet here and peaceful.

Stayed here two or three times. By my recollection, it’s a converted assisted living facility into this present hotel. Very nice and clean.Courteous and efficient check-in. Quiet and secluded area. My go-to place when I’m in Roswell.

Room was very spacious and set up well. We brought our dog so we had a dog friendly room the floors we not as clean as the room I stayed in last time when I was their by myself. But the room and kitchen itself was clean.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for three nights and enjoyed it very much. The staff was especially friendly and welcoming. The place has been made into a hotel fairly recently and really has a nice, homey feel. It did not have breakfast but each day there were cookies, turnovers, and coffee on a table in the lobby each day. We would definitely stay there again. Very nice place!
