「This hotel is amazing! We had a short but excellent stay here! The property is so beautiful, location is great, and the staff were so welcoming, nice, and caring! Joann with the restaurant made us feel like home and we enjoyed her attitude and grace. The food was also excellent. Definitely want to come back and stay here longer! Also the park is close by and so are all the amazing restaurants and sites. 」

「The room was very comfortable and clean. Our only critique is that the towels were a bit skimpy and there was no face-cloth, despite only supplying liquid soap. The lobby provides plenty of space for gathering and the location is excellent. Ample parking for those arriving with a car. 」

「While the room itself was very nice, the lack of air conditioning, even during April when it was quite cold outside, was disappointing.- this was of course my fault as I was not aware that all hotels didn’t have air-conditioning. The hotel is quite vast and had more than a long distance to the reception area from our room., No 234… there are three separate lifts, AB and C which we had to find, and then a very warm, walk up several passages of the hotel, to get to our room. 」

「So this property is in bad need of a renovation. The carpets of the rooms looks like they’re from the 70s. Still, the doors are very old as well. The windows were rickity and there was construction next door with heavy machinery creating a lot of noise. In the end, we did not stay here. We did ask to cancel and for a refund, but we’ve heard nothing back from the management. My recommendation is find somewhere else to stay.」

「Really wish I'd booked at least 2 nights here at this beautiful property in this beautiful location! I was visiting from USA w/ my wife and we had great time. I took a little carriage ride across the street through the park, saw the Muckross house, saw some old buildings, had some great strolls, and had fun at the spa as well. Amazing service and beautiful clean rooms! Thanks for the hospitality. 」

「Good location if you want to visit the ring of Kerry and the Gap of Dunloe. The Hotel is comfortable and new. Breakfast provided is nice and I was given lots of fruits and chocolate on arrival.」
