「Truly enjoyed my 5-day stay here. The room was clean, cozy and equipped with basic necessities ( kettle, fridge, TV, hairdryer) and the bed was comfortable. There are many great restaurants and shops nearby. It’s only 3 minutes away from Winterthur train station which can take you to Zurich Central in 20 minutes. They cleaned my room and changed my towels every 2 days. I will stay here again when I visit Zurich.」

「The location is great, only minutes from the train station, where you can also find the coop supermarket in the complex. It's off the main street so the traffic won't bother your rest. A sign showing the entrance, which looks no difference from other office building, would definitely help. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room are spacious and tidy and you can make yourself a coffee with the nespresso machine. The breakfast is good.」

「The room has NO Air Conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. And I even stayed for four nights! Totally regretting this. In addition, the room cleaners constantly forget to refill things like towels and tissue paper, which we always have to call the reception to get it back. However, if you ignore the above negatives, the breakfast was good with sufficient variety of food. In addition, they have gym and meeting rooms which I did not expect a 3 star hotel to have. Hence, if you...
