"Me and my partner stayed in the Premier Suite 122. It was excellent! Barely any noise from other guests (even being near the breakfast area). The breakfast itself was fine, and there was always a variety of items to choose. Everything in the room was clean!!! And well maintained. The AC and fireplace both worked really good once we figured them out. The jetted tub was very soothing. We tried out the pool and hot tub as well, they met our needs. The room itself was a little dated in decor, but it was very spacious and comfortable. Very handy having our own sink, microwave and fridge. It was also nice having our own deck we could walk off of and down to the dock and watch the wildlife. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were even granted a late check out we requested. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Best Western Otonabee. Get the Premier Suite if you can!"

"I don't understand why you would mention a kitchen as a feature when there are no dishes, pans, cutlery etc to use. Do they honestly think the average traveler is packing a whole kitchen when traveling? People who travel with dishes are probably camping or in an RV and have no need for the kitchen. We brought food to prepare and ended up ordering out instead. Disappointed."
