Very nice islands. However they are far from Cartagena and the best option is getting there with a speed boat. Slow boats such as Cocoliso resort boat is very problematic, bumpy and slow, taking up to 2 hs 20 min to arrive at the islands
The islands are beautiful. The main snorkeling areas can be over crowded with day-trippers. If you are staying in the area, its best to snorkel before they arrive.
Take care of the sea. Could be quite dangerous but the boat of the hotel is big and really safe. If you are not traveling with the hotel I recommend you take take the safer way of “canal”
It's a paradise! The place is beautiful, full of activities to do or if you are looking for peace, it is an ideal place. There are no words to describe how beautiful it is.
