「The staff was kind and the property was easy to get around. To prepare ahead pack your own toiletries and vanity kits. Nothing provided by the property. If you are active late, make sure you have euros to use the vending machines.」

「The staff is very impolite. The room is small. The bed and pillows are too soft and not comfortable. Won’t go again」

「They mention the reception provide 24-hour service but there is only security staff on duty at night. The security guard can't provide service e.g. request for toilet paper, how to operate laundry machine, etc」

「Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Unterkunft selbst dient ausschließlich zur Übernachtung, da weder Pool vorhanden ist, noch Frühstück angeboten wird. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Einziger Wermutstropfen, die Technik, beispielsweise an der Haupttür, die man mit einem Nummerncode öffnen kann, die sich aber nicht immer sofort öffnen lässt.」

「Location of Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena is very good, just few steps from Place Massena, with shops, restaurants, supermarket around the corner. It is easily walk to Old town area, n tram station. The only limitation is needing to carry luguages for one floor to get the elevator, n one floor go down to the Reception. Staff is very helpful n friendly to us. There is a kitchen with all utensils n tablewares that you can cook. Overall its a comfortable n convenient hotel.」
