"What I didn't like is the locks were changed during the day while I was gone and I did not receive any notification that the locks would be changed and I would have to get new key cards. They apparently put the notice under the door the same day they changed the lock which I'd already left that morning and when I returned and the late evening I'm trying to get my room unlocked. Had to go down to the desk ring the bell nobody came went back up. Tried to get into the room again. Went back down that time I rang the bell and someone did come and help me and give me new key cards. But since they knew I was going to be there for 5 days I think they should have been able to notify me before doing it while I was already gone for the day"

"I travelled to Arizona from Toronto because I am always on the east coast when travelling to the states (family) and wanted to see what the west had to offer. 10/10 stay to say the least. the resort was so peaceful, quiet, and clean. I love the fountain hills environment and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!"
