Greeting in the establishment was on going. House maids made sure room was thoroughly clean. Very nice clean swimming pool. Management spoke to me is everything okay! "The hotel did not recognize the reservation through Hotels.com. We were told this hotel does not do business with you. We spend quite a bit of time to clarify the matter. Finally, the manager looked in his computer system and found my name under a reservation made by Expedia. This was obviously a flaw in their system or ignorance of the front desk staff. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too. We had a great stay here and will hopefully be back next time we visit Nakuru!"
