Very nice clean apartment with a lot of access to buses to Termini station, a bus stop located right outside the apartment! The apartment was clean and had all the basic things. The freezer drawers were stuck shut and we werent able to freeze things, we were missing a baby cot on our arrival which we communicated beforehand - our baby is 10 months and she gets up, crawls and stands on the bed so we really needed it. The staff did drop it off the next day but massively inconvenient. We were also missing a kettle- which we had to wait for until the morning. Other than that, cleaning staff refreshed the apartment on request and the apartment was pretty clean.

The area was a bit far from the touristy things in Rome. But also quiet and is more like a local. The Ubers were pricey but food was very fairly priced. The unit was also great. Spacious and clean.

This was a good place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen with living room that was separated from the bathroom and bedroom. It was exactly how the picture looked. Good location for walking and food. Nearby grocery store and pharmacy. The tram is right in front of the property so very easy to get anywhere within 30 mins. Well be coming back to stay again.

The apartment was nice overall, but the walls have stains and so did the comforter. The neighborhood is definitely questionable. Had I seen accurate pictures, I would not have chosen this property. I resembled many places in NYC where I grew up. It was dirty and there was grafiti everywhere. That said, the property itself has a solid gate. So, once inside, its like a completely different place. I guess, in truth, Rome is all a little dirty and graffitied. I will say this, the apartment had really good AC, which was nice in the heat of the summer in Rome. There is also great access to public transport right outside the door. Over all, a solid 7/10.

I am baffled as to how Marriott can associate their name with this company. To begin with, nothing seems to work—not their faulty app nor the access codes. While traveling from Florence to Rome, I was unable to view my reservation on either the app or the website. After spending 1 hour and 45 minutes communicating with a representative via their chat app, they eventually gave up and sent me the access codes after reviewing my videos and pictures, which clearly showed that neither the app nor the website was functioning. Upon arriving at the property, I found it to be about 45 minutes away from any major landmark in Rome. The neighborhood was also quite unsettling, with gang-related graffiti visible everywhere, including on the property itself. When my family and I attempted to enter using the provided codes, they did not work. I contacted Sonder again, and we were left waiting in 95-degree weather for approximately 2 hours with nowhere to go, surrounded by all our luggage. Ultimately, a cleaning crew kindly let us into the property using their code, but even after three more hours, we still did not have the necessary code to access our apartment or the property. This meant we couldn't leave for lunch, nor was there any drinking water available in the property. This was an unacceptable level of service. Again, I am at a loss as to how Marriott could be associated with such a company. This experience has been utterly disappointing.

Very bad experience. Terrible communication: despite paying a month in advance, I was left outside for over 1.5 hours, unable to enter without their phone authorization. I called them around ten times with no success, all because their system didn’t generate the access code. Our car was blocking the roadside, but they still refused to help. On the last morning at 7 AM, an alarm went off and rang all day, making it impossible to rest properly. Extremely disappointed. I will not return and do not recommend this place.

The Sonder made our Rome trip nice and smooth. Let us check-in early, the place is spacious and all the store and restaurants are walkable. I highly recommend this place and if i come back to Rome, i will definitely stay again this place.

We booked this property almost a month in advance. When we arrived, we were told that the room we booked for wasn't available. Prior to this, there was no notice or email regarding availability. If there was I would've cancelled my booking long ago. There wasn't a refund even after all this inconvenience.

I own an apartment in Sardinia, visit twice a year and always spend a night in Rome. This is by far the worst stay I have experienced. Total lack of customer service, no human presence. The floors were sticky, not clean. The coffee maker did not work, leaked water over the cabinets and floor. When we arrived to check in, there were 5 people standing outside, that couldn't access the front gate. It was only when a guest left, that we could access the compound. We were there for 40 minutes, outside, checking in on live. The other couples were there for well over 90 minutes. That is not how you treat your customers! Thankfully, it wasn't raining!

Totalt sett god opplevelse

Fin leilighet med god standard. Sovesofaen var skitten og hadde dårlig madrass. Mye støy fra trafikk, da soverommet i vår leilighet hadde vindu mot veldig trafikert vei og trikkespor. God kommunikasjon, enkelt å kontakte personal via Sonder app og fikk raskt svar. Totalt sett god opplevelse.
