The room itself, though a bit snug, was very clean and updated and the balcony off of the rooms was a lovely addition! The location was very centrally located and we were able to walk to all of the sites. The entryway and lobby were very run down to the point where I was a bit worried we might need to switch hotels before I saw the room, so just keep this in mind. The staff is very friendly but only there from about 8-4PM and other than that you need a code to get in the main door so it didn’t necessarily feel the safest, but it was good enough for a 2 night stay.

Great location

The lady in reception, sorry forgot her name, was so helpful. We loved the hot tub on the rooftop. It’s a great location in the heart of Rome.

When you first enter the building for this hotel, it feels odd, the building is old and the elevator is questionable but safe. Honestly that’s all that I can say was bad about this property, everything else was great although the property is old the rooms are very modern and nice ( I will add they are a bit small). We got lucky and got room 2 that had a corner balcony so we were able to enjoy views from both sides of the property. The staff, particularly Joy, were extremely accommodating and friendly. They also were able to help me with a self check in with very clear instructions. As far as location the hotel is located directly next to some old Roman ruins that also acts as a little plaza were trams and buses arrive. All popular attractions are a 10-20 min walk and there is plenty of good food options around.

This is a little gem, Only seven rooms. Ours had a very nice balcony; ideal to drink a glass of wine. The roof terrace is amazing, an the service very friendly an personal. It is centrally located with a short walk to all major sights. Highly recommended!

This property is not a hotel, it is the fifth floor of an old building. Trash bags are piled in the entryway. The elevator is so small and outdated it is almost impossible to use. There is no breakfast buffet as advertised. There is no spa. It is in a high traffic retail location. When we complained we were told to "take it up with Expedia." Highly recommend against this property.

The hotel was great, excellent location but i had to give a big apppreciation to the staff especially Joy the receptionist, she was very accomodating to us and made sure that all our needs were taken cared of. We will definitely use this hotel when we go back to Rome.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the guest house. It was a little hard to find as the sign on the door is tiny but Joshua was in touch before we arrived to give is instructions of how to get into the property. Once we were inside it was easy and info and our keys were waiting for us. We were allocated room 2 and although its a small room it was perfectly adequate amd the shower room was a good size and modern. The benefit to room 2 is that you get two doors out to the terrace and as its on the corner you get two diferent views. Having an outside area to sit was fab. Even better was having access to the rooftop terrace where there are loungers, two hot tubs (only one was on and in use but wasnt busy) and tables and chairs to sit and enjoy the fantastic views and this is available to all of the guests (only 7 rooms). The staff were friendly and attentive. Only issue was we had booked a private transfer through the guest house and it never arrived. Wasnt the accommodations fault it was the company they used. They offered us a free transfer back after our holiday and it worked out perfectly. We would recommend to anyone as its a great location with an open outlook.

We loved our stay here! We stayed for five nights. The host Josshua was very nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had breakfast included, the breakfast is simple but good, very typical southern european breakfast. The room was clean upon arrival, and got cleaned everyday. The place is super central so most of the monuments are within a walking distance. Will definitely go back if we ever visit Rome again.

Great staff, clean well presented rooms, great location. Showers were amazing and beds comfortable. The Philippino gentleman was a real worker and the lady very helpful. The Italian cleaner was always well presented, friendly and acknowledged me every morning, which was unexpected….great place. I must say the room keys were unnecessary, bulky and I questioned how well they locked the rooms.
