Bad location but good price.
I stayed there just because of the lower price. The location is not good. You can reach only by the 705 bus. Another advantage is their free shuttle to the airport.

Rooms were clean and relatively comfortable (pillows quite hard). Staff were helpful and polite. My only criticism would be the restaurants menu as it was quite limited

방의 크기도 작지 않았고, 매일 청소를 깔끔하게 해줬어요. 타월과 비품, 물을 매일 교체해줘서 쾌적했어요. 조식은 괜찮은 편이었고 자리에서 오믈렛이나 카푸치노를 주문할 수 있어서 좋았지만 피곤해서 하루만 내려가 먹었어요. 하루 전에 예약해서 공항 무료 셔틀을 이용할 수 있었어요. 인터넷이 지하행사장에서는 잘 연결되지 않았지만, 방에서는 잘 연결되었어요. 위치가 시내와 멀어서 관광하기는 불편했으나 호텔내 행사에 참여하는 거라 어쩔 수 없었고 택시비는 예상보다 많이 나왔어요. 호텔에서 불러주는 택시가 앱을 이용하는 것보다 좋았어요. 인근 지하철역까지 이동해서 지하철로 로마시내로 이동하는 것이 가장 저렴하고 빠른 방법인 거 같아요.

Hotel di ottimo livello, personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. La struttura è un po' datata quindi si può incontrare qualche inconveniente, ma nel complesso il soggiorno è molto gradevole. Ottima la colazione a buffet, con ogni varietà di cibo a disposizione. Il parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito è un'altro servizio molto gradito

If I had known that the hotel doubled as a Ukrainian refuge, then I probably would have booked somewhere else. I have nothing against Ukrainian people, but it was very clear that there were entire families living at this hotel for free, and there were kids rollerblading and scootering down the hallways and doing random school work in the middle of the lobby.. It just didn’t feel like a hotel and wasn’t at all what I expected.

Tulimme keskellä yötä hotellille, respa otti vain kopiot passeistamme ja käski mennä nukkumaan. Todella ystävällistä palvelua kaikkiaan. Huone hiljainen, siisti, Tapetit hieman repeilleet saumoista, pitäisi uusia. Saniteettitilat siistit, pyyhkeet, joita oli riittävästi vaihdettiin joka päivä. Aamupala tavanomainen, riittävä kuitenkin ja plussana halutunlaisen kahvin sai tilata tarjoilijalta. Käytimme nro 705 bussia + metroa keskustassa käymiseen, halpaa ja suht nopeata. Pysäkit hotellin vieressä.

I picked this property for the free shuttle and reviews weren’t terrible… the shuttle service is a disaster… the driver and us were on two different levels at the FCO for pick up. We did find each other after 15minutes but the drive was clearly pissed off. He was rude and short with us and drove like a maniac. I could understand if he needed to get back to pick up someone else or something but the guy just ended up talking to the people at guest services. I did tell the check in attendant and she told me it was ok, clearly it isn’t. Our room wasn’t ready which i find amusing since it is a big establishment and barely any guests. When we finally were allowed to go to our room it reeked of perfume. It smelled like the room was doused to cover up the other smells. The hallway to our room smelled like mildew and mood with a touch of cleaner on top. The bed wasn’t a true queen - it was 2 box springs put together and there was no fitted sheet just a sheet laying on mattresses. It isn’t close to anything. I would not recommend and will never stay there again.

VERY POOR / UNACCEPTABLE hotel shuttle service from airport. Waited 3 hours after a 12 hour flight. Eventually took a $45 taxi!! (vs. free hotel shuttle)

The hotel is in the middle of no where. No food or markets around when we arrived at 11pm. Promised free shuttle from airport was not provided. Had to pay for taxi 40 euros. But provided breakfast for free to compensate.

Lovely room shame about the rest
We booked this for one night as a relaxing treat to use the pool and spa after a week away, found out 2 days before that the spa and pool was closed, no appologies given or anything. On the morning of our stay there was some sort of filming going on which meant we had to use the stairs instead of lifts! Again no apology. Pleasant room, shame the air con didnt go below 27 all night and day! Breakfast was a definite plus, good choice of hot and cold. Overall i wouldn’t recommend staying to anyone i know
