advantages vs disadvantages
advantages: location is ok, 10 miutes away from the nearest subway station, and then 2 stops away from Termini station; breakfast is not plenty but the quality is good, nice milk and bread. disadvantages: shower is not good, even you set the angle of tap, the water is till suddenly hot or cold, and the flow is small, i had to wash my hair in basin.

10 to 15mins walk to metro (by fast walk), some restaurants around and its quiet on the street. Actually its look like a residential but not a hotel so dont expect too much. Hotel requests all guest leave their room key at the receiption before go out everyday, so I didnt leave any important stuff in room. Washroom is ok, just the water is sometime cold and too hot.

El hotel es algo viejo y podría servirle mucho una renovación. Fuera de eso, la ubicación es excelente y muy segura, con muchos restaurantes en la zona. El personal es extremadamente amable y atento.

A bit of an old fashioned room with amenities that could be renovated. There was some dust in corners of the floor of the bathroom. It was fine for one night though and super kind staff.

Hotel un po' datato ma confortevole e abbastanza pulito. Le cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più sono stati la tranquillità e il silenzio, essendo al quarto piano non si sentiva nessun rumore proveniente dalla strada. Farei solo un appunto inerente il ristorante convenzionato con l'hotel situato proprio sotto l'edificio. La signora che gestisce la cassa è scortese e molto poco professionale. L'hotel Garda a mio avviso perde punti consigliando questo ristorante dove ho avuto proprio la netta impressione che consumando gli abbia fatto un torto.

Really small room, without a chair and a desk. If you see the pictures, You will expect to see a bigger room with desk and chair. I need to work and it was difficult situation. Bed confortable, and room and toylet clean.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area. It was a little difficult to find the check in desk from the street, especially for someone with impaired vision. The elevator is much appreciated as the check in is on the 4th floor and my room was on the 5th floor. My room was clean and quiet. However, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, sadly, as were the pillows. I'd expect more comfort in a place at this price point. Two nights left me with aches and pain, especially after walking to see all the beautiful sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

This is the second time I stayed here and it’s even better than first time. Staff is wonderful, room was excellent and the area has great restaurants. All sightseeing places are within walking distance. We never used, either taxi or public transportation. Overall excellent experience.

Godt værelse til overnatning, men ringe kvalitet.
Pris or kvalitet hænger ofte sammen, dette er også tilfældet med dette hotel. Værelset er dårlig kvalitet, slidt og uden sjæl. Men såfremt man blot leder efter et sted at overnatte til rimelige penge, så er hotellet rigtigt fint. Det ligger absolut i gå afstand til den spanske trappe, men man skal regne med nogen gå afstand til den resterende del af seværdighederne i Rom centrum.

I am so grateful that I picked this property. It is walking distance to everything!!! There is also an excellent restaurant right next door. If you need to relax from all the walking you've done all day, you can also enjoy a wonderful massage a few doors down from the hotel. Most importantly, however, I want to boast about how kind and helpful the staff was. I especially want to thank Joy for all her help. Without her guidance, I would have been lost.

Check in service
Street address number on site is not clear. Taxi sent to the wrong location. Face problem at front door to access the building. No one answer the bell. Do not expect great breakfast. Coffee and bread is the basic.

A simple, but nice hotel in a good area. Very friendly service. As it is in Italia, you only get a blanket for sleeping, not a duvet. Aircondition at the room works very well, though a bit noisy, and the bathroom is clean.

The rooms are super small and the bathroom terrible. If you're a size 12 (US)or more, you will touch the doors to get into the shower. The bathroom needs to be completely redone. There is mold in the shower, our shower head was broken, there were traces on the walls and so one. TheAC works and it's necessary but it makes sooo much noise. The workers were nice enough but the owner need to refresh his place because we could hear everything from the hallway, we could hear our neighbours shower and the internet was working 1/3 of the time. This is not a 3 stars hotel, or at least not anymore.

The hotel is horrible. Plain and simple. Bed bugs (on the bed and in the bathroom) and rats were seen on a daily basis in the rooms and the ground floor respectively. The hotel staff were inexperienced, clueless and useless (although sweet and kind) when it came to the condition of their work place. Stay away from this hotel!

Dear Mr./Ms. Christian,We are sorry for the terrible experience you may have encountered, but just to clear up some things, we don't have bugs in our hotel nor rats. To say we had rats in the rooms on a daily basis is a reach. As you experienced, we are occupy the fourth and fifth floor of a historic building. Rats do not walk up to the fourth floor. If you leave the windows open some bugs may come in. The staff has nothing to do with bugs and rats experience. We would like to appreciate if you could keep your comments as honest as possible.

Clean, quiet, correct. Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions. Pictures of building in website were probably from a different entrance than the one from which we entered the building. Nothing wrong with the entrance and building but didn’t match. The only complaint we have is that the bed cover had a stain and after we took it off the bed and grabbed one of the spares, that one also had a stain.
