Dear Sirs our Guests due to weather temperature request only heating and warm rooms it is very strange with 13 degrees ask for air conditioning. we apologyse but systems ar made to work one position at time and set it in air conditioning systems means turn all the rooms with special assistance made from the care heating company.

Dear Guestsduring the winter the air conditioning is not available but there is heating systems for your confort.The Hotel is under renovation and all the rooms will be renovated, last upgrade has been made in 2010. no Dirty found in the room , we have 5 stars for cleanings. Beds are fireproof and a little bit hard but the best in Italy for confort.
