"The hotel surpassed my expectations, both in cleanliness, hotel staff and how close it is to the beach, restaurants and other amenities."

"The toilet seat had urine stains when we first checked in and only God knows how long its been there. The kitchen lacked clean surfaces as did the floor of the entire room when we first got there. Housekeeping was done only on the third day (which we were told was apparently the norm) and greasiness of the floor did improve after the cleaning. "After initial problems with my room I was upgraded to a flat and offered a bottle of wine and a cold platter to make up for the inconvenience.
