"The breakfast was good. Check in staff were ok but not overly helpful or friendly. Our room had a very bad smell in the toilet. But since we were there only one night we didn’t complain. It was a good location and the parking was convenient."

"We had a two room small suite. Queen sized bed in the main room, twin in the second room. The hotel is in a great location. Minutes walk from the busy downtown, quiet at night, next to a grocery store and easy in/out in a car. The roof terrace is a great place to relax. The room was very clean when we arrived and the staff extremely helpful in making recommendations and tips for visiting the castles. I thought the rate was a great bargain; even with the small suite, it was the cheapest on my entire Germany trip."

"Do not stay on the fourth floor. It is the converted roof and the rooms have slanted ceilings. I was in room 401 and I had two slanted ceilings in the corner. Really they should be offering these rooms at a reduced rate and not the same class as a room with high ceilings. Other than that, the hotel is very nice and I do recommend it."
