Die Lage des Hotels und der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen sind einzigartig, vorallem kann man direkt an der Badestelle im See schwimmen gehen! Toll! Allerdings muss man wirklich was die Zimmer und die Einrichtung in allen Bereichen des Hotels deutliche Abstriche machen, es ist alles sehr sehr abgenutzt, alt und sanierungsbedürftig. Fußleisten fallen ab, die Einrichtung stammt aus den Siebzigern. Richtig wohlfühlen fühlt sich anders an, dafür bemüht sich das Personal sehr.

Seesicht war schön. Klimaanlage fehlt, mittelmässig gepflegtes Zimmer in furchtbar alter Infrastruktur. Kaffee zum Frühstück wird zwar gebracht aber mit dem Hinweis, wo die Kaffeemaschine steht zur Selbstbedienung. Personal trägt tw. an der Reception keine Maske. Geht gar nicht!

Das Hotel ist heruntergekommen und wirkt alles in allem lieblos. Die Standardzimmer sind bei hohen Temperaturen sehr stickig und heiss. Wellness und Fitnessbereich sind auch nicht einladend. Im Hotel lagen viele Bibeln und religiöse Flyer. Selbst auf den Zuckerbeuteln waren Bibelsprüche. Wie ist dieses Hotel zu 4Sternen gekommen? Preis/Leistung stimmt gar nicht. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Es war sehr enttäuschend. Die Lage ist jedoch super.

Badezimmer mit Badewanne (zu hoher Einstieg) heutzutage ein NO GO! Duschen sind da bequemer. Der Service im Restaurant hat nicht klare Rayonabgrenzung. Jeder Serviceangestellte bedient alle Tische ohne zu wissen, was sein Kollege bereits an Bestellung bearbeitet. Lange Wartezeiten!

C'était très bien. Nous étions au mois de mai, durant le Covid-19. Tout était impeccable, propre ,les gens très accueillant, la cuisine bonne, le cadre vue lac magnifique. Nous y retournerons.
