「From the minute we arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags and check in a few hours early. The room was gorgeous and had a mini bar in the room with plenty of options for tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean with all amenities of soap, shampoo, heated towels,bathrobe and slippers. Within a 5 min walk from the subway station. And right on the water. Beautiful views. The hotel also has a work out fitness room and an outdoor pool and spa. They have a sister...

「Hotel uses a virtual reception desk that may challenge some people. It worked for us although there was a slight I.T. glitch that we solved! Room was a good size, breakfast was traditional and adequate. Location suited as the bus shops were nearby. 」

「This hotel is right by the lake with stunning views. The rooms are simple, very clean. Breakfast is also simple and adequate. The restaurant is fantastic and all of the staff know all about great customer service. This is the second time have stayed here and will be again next year..」

「Easy access by bus, and near to the attractions, such as Lausanne cathedral, museums and sauvabelin tower and etc... bus stop is nearby the hotel. The pillows are smelly but the staff replace the clean pillows within 15minutes, appreciate!!! The room and bathroom are very clean and neat. Ec」
