We booked budget friendly accommodations that were simple, but this place was super clean, well appointed with a surprising amount of space for a 4 person family room in Europe! The shower had good water pressure and stayed hot for 4 showers, the bathroom was small but had everything we needed. To top it off the location was incredible! Assisi is billing but this is one of the “flatter” areas great access to seeing all of the sites and close to the Bus A route, lots of cafes and restaurants near by."

Although we did not use the hot springs that are in the lower level of the hotel, we did walk through there & it is very Roman like. The bed and linens were comfortable and our room was quiet. My only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast buffet to include more hot dishes, etc. Overall, a wonderful location in the heart of the historic area of Assisi & very walkable to the sites & restaurants."
