「The beds in this rooms were rock hard. When we had a problem in our room we were told there was staff that would be available and when we went to get them they were so rude and not helpful and basically told us to go away. The beaches are nice and they have a beautiful playground for kids and some other staff were very nice」
「We loved the location of this hotel. All of the historical landmarks are within walking distance . The hotel is amazing and interesting. Built in he 1400's as a home for a wealthy family. Huge beautiful Murano glass chandelier, frescoes, wood beamed ceilings, huge rooms and common areas, delicious breakfast included, a restaurant and bar.」
We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
