"When i stayed the pool was being cleaned which they do once a month which was useful to know. The room i had was overlooking the pool which i found very relaxing The bar area is lovely and cozy the restaurant is very well set out and bright with lots of windows to let in the natural light during the day."

"We had a brilliant stay. We only stayed for one night but found it to be totally worth the money. We were welcomed by the friendly staff in reception and found the staff around the property extremely helpful. Especially the staff in the restaurant and one staff member in particular was great at putting my husband at ease about what he could eat as he is a coeliac. The room was a lovely size and the mini fridge was a bonus. The fan was great addition as it was such a hot day so helped alot. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return. Only one slight negative was that we couldn't turn the towel rail off in the bathroom which wasn't needed as it was a hot day but it didn't affect our stay."

"Bosworth Hall Hotel – A Three Night Adventure Bosworth Hall advertises itself as an elegant luxury spa hotel. In reality, it felt more like an episode of a budget hotel rescue show filmed in a stately home. To be fair, first impressions were promising. The building itself looks lovely from the outside and the grounds are well kept. We arrived optimistic, bags packed, ready for a relaxing half-board spa break. That optimism lasted right up until we were handed room number 229 and sent off with instructions vague enough to qualify for a treasure hunt. After wandering the endless corridors for half an hour like contestants in The Crystal Maze, we finally located our room. Calling it “compact” would be generous. It was somewhere between a single room and a storage cupboard. Very dated, very tired, and accompanied by a mysterious smell that suggested something had died behind the radiator sometime around 1997. Thankfully, after complaining, we were moved to another room which was larger and clearly an upgrade, so credit where it’s due. The hotel boasts two restaurants. What they don’t mention is that one only exists at weekends. Since we arrived midweek, our “fine dining” experience became a self-service canteen with all the ambience of a motorway service station. No table service, staff looking like they’d just finished PE, and food that was technically edible but had the charm of school dinners. The dining room itself wasn’t exactly spotless either — crumbs decorated most ch"

"Here’s a polished review you could post: We recently stayed at Drayton Manor Hotel and unfortunately the experience was disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, there were two members of staff on Reception. One was on the phone dealing with a query, while the other appeared to be dealing with the same issue on the computer. Despite clearly waiting to check in, we were completely ignored for over 15 minutes, very poor customer service. We were also unhappy to be charged £9 for parking, as this was never mentioned when we made the booking through Hotels.com. No explanation when asked. Food options that evening were extremely limited, with only pizzas and sides available. The portions were small and very overpriced for what you received. The room itself had not been cleaned properly, with rubbish left on the floor, and the soap dispenser was almost empty. The only positive part of our stay was that the towels were very soft and fluffy. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations, shame, I will not be recommending it."
