「Our experience was a good one . Bertie and his wife were very hospitable towards us both and made us welcome to there hotel. Breakfast was excellent they me poached eggs which was well boiled and spot on. The room looked adequate for the money that we paid for and was also clean . We didn't use the bar . If I'm heading to Southend on Sea again ,I would like return again .」

「It’s a very traditional hotel in a lovely, scenic landscape. It also provides a lot of entertainment for youths. It is within walking distance to the station, the High Street and it’s by the sea with a wonderful park in front of it.」
