「Check in was fast and easy at the front counter. She was friendly. Upon entry to our room we immediately noticed the a/c unit wasn’t working properly. 「Although booking through Expedia which assigned me a handicap room, which was not ideal in terms of showering space and subsequent room cleaning and serving, the hotel was fine and I have booked there multiple times in the last year. The front desk staff did not seem very accommodating to my concerns upon check-in but did explain the reason for my limited options due to a full hotel.
