Hotel recente e ben tenuto, molto bene la reception, deludente il ristorante, alle 19.30 esauriti completamente i primi piatti e quasi del tutto gli antipasti. Camera grande e comoda, ma un giorno si sono dimenticati di pulirla e lo hanno fatto solo alle 19 dopo numerose telefonate e proteste alla reception. Mai cambiate le lenzuola in tre giorni Molto buono il reparto wellness. Bar abbandonato a se stesso… Manca personale e in un cinque stelle è inaccettabile

Great hotel and stuff. It is located up the hill and can be challenging for older people. Hotel has excellent pool and spa. Restsurant is very good, food is amazing.

It was wonderful!

The only thing that bothered us, was rather small choice at breakfast, and also some plates were not top up constantly. All in all i would still highly recommend this stay, it was wonderful.

Excellent 5 star hotel, highly recommended

excellent hotel, beautiful large rooms, superb bathroom, international 5 star standard which one would never expect in a small town in Slovenia. Excellent restaurant of the highest international standard as well. The only thing which does not match up with the high standard of this hotel is the pastry shop (substandard cakes), but this is only a very minor detail.

Nice new hotel

1. The Hotel is located on the top of the hi,l so it is not suitable for elderly or disabled, and there is no shuttle service to the mineral drinking pavilion, 2. the rooms have poor soundproofing so one can hear the adjacent room gusts talking, 3. this is the only hotel that charges €10 a day for parking, 4. There are no coffee machine and an electric tea pot kettle in each room

Quite and gorgeous

After traveling for over twenty years to different hotels around the globe, this hotel was outstanding in all the parameters. From fine cuisine to the quite and very clean room this hotel also offer very friendly and professional staff who speak many different languages. If you like design, comfort and quit rooms you can book this hotel.

Schönes neues Wellnesshotel, Heizungsprobleme

Prinzipiell sehr schönes neues Hotel am Rand von Rogaska Slatina mit dekorativen Zimmern und nettem Personal. Leider ist am Abend in unserem Zimmer die Heizung ausgefallen und nach Intervention war es auch nur eher lauwarm. Man möchte in einem Wellnesshotel bei Minusgraden im Freien halt nicht unbedingt im 5 Sterne Hotel frieren. Dafür war der Spabereich eher zu warm. Sonst wäre alles in Ordnung. Vielleicht haben wir einfach Pech gehabt.
