Kamer was verder prima.
Very Nice Personel was top. A place to be and it's very queit.

Twin Peaks II
Overall an average stay.
We were expecting some high level commodities but the room was really minimalistic. The room was really clean but a strange "cleaning products" smell was present during our stay of 18 hours. Breakfast is Ok, with home made omelette and good quality products but don't expect a huge variety.
We were mainly disappointed by the service:
Although the lady wasn't particularly rude she didn't make you feel really welcome... part of it may be due to language issues (I believe her mother language is Flemish and she might have misunderstood some of my French Latin accent comments) but for sure there is also a partial lack of hospitality. As an example, we asked if we could use the sauna/jacuzzi the day after our arrival and she replied that it was not included in our booking and that we should have booked the service 2 weeks in advance. The day after we left around 11:30, nobody had used these services (there are only 2 rooms and the other visitors left before us) and we were the only car in the parking... She didn't propose to show us the premises and didn't explain the possible additional services for a future visit...
As I said, we had a clean quiet stay (located in a very small village with no restaurants near) between Brugges and Courtrai but we were expecting more charming personnel and a little more in general for the price and the high standard that we had seen in the spa photos

Nosotros NO NOS QUEDAMOS.
The Aquabello is a small 2 room bed and breakfast (even though there is an extra fee for the breakfast part). It appears that the main business is the spa (which will cost more than the room) and are not included in the price of the bed and breakfast....or just the bed. The Aquabello is very beautiful including the room. A large comfy bed, flat screen tv and mini fridge are inc in both rooms, but only one of the rooms has a bath tub. I did enjoy my stay there and would recommend it to others as long as they are aware that nothing is inc with the room. No breakfast, no hot tub and no pool. The staff were very friendly with us after they found out we were Canadian, but it could have been because of the confusion with the extra charges to access the facilities at the Aquabello. We also found our room door left wide open one day while they were cleaning it.....but there was no one inside of it.
Not so good, very small with only two rooms. Breakfirst was not included event though my order confirmation said so. Spa was closed, had to be ordered four days in advance. Breakfirst was not available before 8,00. Located a bit off centre with no restuarants nearby.
A little difficult to find as the hotel is tucked away down a side street.
Its location is very handy due to the nearness of major roads.
One quibble- the lack of bedside reading lamps!
Otherwise ok
