"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. "Very friendly staff both at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast. Well positioned on the seafront with the 700 bus stopping right outside and going direct into the centre of Brighton regularly. Our Executive Room was a good size with a small outside terrace. Breakfast was amazing and very good portions for the full English. All in all, a good value stay. Would use again"
