"What a fabulous Palo Alto legacy! Beautiful California landscaping. Great front desk staff, property staff. The deli has good coffee and sandwiches. Perfect location for anything at Frost amphitheater or Shoreline. "

"This was my first time staying at the Nest Hotel. I was greeted promptly as I entered the lobby by a friendly receptionist. The check-in process was swift and I was given an upgrade on my room without asking. The room was very clean and modern. The shower was spacious and their choice of shampoo/conditioner smelled amazing. There was ample parking and the continental breakfast included breakfast potatoes, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels and fresh fruit. However, if you prefer Starbucks, there is a brick and mortar within a short walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel. And I will look forward to staying here again in the future."

"The property is very dated and not up to date. It really no better than a Motel 6 and not worth the price. Website and pictures are deceiving. There was minimum towels for two people and a two night stay. There was NO in either the bathroom or shower. The room was not cleaned and refreshed after first night stay and we had re-use towels. Room smelled stuffy and moldy. I have nothing to recommend this hotel for. "

"Small rooms with poor sound insulation, but very clean and a nice lobby with good breakfast. Kind of reminds me of putting lipstick on a pig, but they did a decent job of the remodel, just a little rough around the edges. Decent location for restaurants, but zero nightlife. "
