「It’s an older building. But the room was great. AC kept the room comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Plenty of towels on hand. The sheets were clean and in good repair. No stains holes or burn marks. No signs of bugs or critters. The pool area was pristine! Pool was perfectly balanced and blue. No chlorine smell. Staff were awesome and helpful. Called to see if we liked our room shortly after checkin. And were prompt in delivering extra linen for the pullout sofa. Quiet environment allowing time to...

「I paid nearly $600 for one night and did not receive the room I booked. I reserved a king-bed room, but upon arrival it was unavailable, and I was given an uncomfortable queen-bed room in a separate tower. The bed was small and uncomfortable, and I slept terribly. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, but I left more tired than when I arrived. Very disappointing experience for the price.」

「First room we had was dirty, the room we moved to was better but it is very outdated and they didn't have enough pillows to give us one for the pullout sofa. Smoke alarms went off at 1:45AM and we had to evacuate the building. The fire department determined it was a faulty smoke detector in one of the rooms. They have cameras in the hallways and the wiring is just stapled to the ceiling and the walls, the place looks very shady. We left after the first night, we were supposed to stay two...
