「We love Kiawah Island and the Sanctuary! It's our little paradise in the South! Sanctuary is at its finest, the room, the staff, the view, the lobby and the grand staircases! Southern charm on point!!」

「If there was a way to leave more stars i would.. legitimately every person on the staff valet/front desk/maintenance team/restaurant and bar workers was a legit pleasure to deal with. Ive never had a more pleasant experience at a hotel/resort. Special shout out to Lizzie who helped my wife plan a bunch of things and was a legit just a ray of sunshine every time we spoke to her..This was our honeymoon and it could not have been better 100 stars out of 5.!!!」

「The staff was friendly and helpful」

「Floors were cold tile. No rugs. No cafe for breakfast.」

「One staff member was outstanding and vert helpful, she was a delight. The room was clean upon arrival but you don't receive room service daily unless you ask and you don't receive clean towels daily without asking. My original room did not have a working door lock and had to repack and move into another room, they did not respond when first reported.」

「Wifi doesn’t work.」

「Our room was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a convenient location, both in the water and close to the downtown area.」

「Good location. Nice staff.」

「A/C wasn’t working. Figured out it was unplugged. The furniture was obviously moved making it more difficult to navigate the room.」
