「My family of four had a great time in our recent stay. The resort offered everything we wanted for our visit. Before booking, we reached out to the property and spoke with a representative who provided very helpful information on the cottages and the check-in process and pet fee. The day before our trip, we were contacted by Grayson who very apologetically notified us that the pool would be out of commission during the time of our stay and offered us consideration on our fee. 「Very nice clean hotel. Their pool was perfect, for all ages of kids! Also very clean in all parts of the hotel, especially our room! Great location for heading to the beach for the day, etc. Breakfast was basic, but still good! Staff was very friendly. We'll definitely be back, when we come to Rockport. 」
