「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」

「We had a lovely stay at Drum Manor. Valerie was a great host, making sure we were comfortable in our room and then the next morning, providing a delicious breakfast. The rooms are in great condition and nicely decorated, including a freestanding rolltop bath! There are 360 degree views as Drum Manor is on a hilltop. Valerie gave us a great dinner recommendation in Hillsborough (The Plough) so would also recommend that. 10/10 would definitely stay again.」

「A very well appointed apartment, with a high standard throughout, bedding, towels, furniture, all very good quality, providing a comfortable and relaxing ambience. Security and entry efficient and controlled, great location for a brief walk to the city centre. Good communication and open ended assurance of support, if required, from the host. 」

「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「Breakfast was excellent. Shower was as well. Beds not so much. Rooms were comfortable and good-sized. Restaurant was very good. The area around the hotel is quite sparse - not much going on there but that made parking easier and convenient.」
