Woodspring Suites is very consistent with what it offers from property to property. Yes some items are available only at the desk and some items are also available for purchase. Thank you for your feedback during your stay. We normally suggest the back entrance when you have a considerable amount of items to bring into the hotel. For safety reasons our front doors do close, however we do have a phone where you can notify the front desk if you need assistance to get into the building.

We do provide some amenities at the desk and there are some amenities such as dishware, utensils are provided at a cost. There is soap in our rooms and we are now putting shampoo in the rooms instead of offering it at our desk with the other amenities we offer.
