If you think you eant to save some money by staying at this property don't do it.i stayed there for a week and slept.good only one night. The other guests were out of control. Management would aay they were going to address the issue ,but the same things kept happening. One guy would prop the door to his room with a broom while jamming his music. The guy on the other side of the wall would set his alarm for 4:30 am and the sleep through it.You get what you pay for. Never again!!

This place did not look like what I saw on the website. The room was VERY noisy. I could hear the room next to me screaming at their kids and slamming the door. The bed was HARD. We barely got any sleep before having to hit the road again (overnight stay). The bathroom sink was stopped up to the point I had to use the kitchenette sink to brush my teeth. I guess you get what you pay for. Not much around the area of the hotel either. I would more than likely not recommend this place to anyone.

My staff have a great deal of information about the area as we are located less than 10 minutes from a lot of dining and entertainment venues.
Excellent facilities, brand new. It has a kitchenette and refrigerator in your room. Location is very close to lots of restaurants and amenities in the area. Highly recommended ✅✅✅✅✅

Thank you for responding to our survey. We do provide coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. We also have coffee makers available for purchase if you were staying with us for an extended period of time. I am not sure why you did not get the room you requested if it was available at check in. I apologize if it was not available.
The entire stay was amazing. Every single employee was helpful and pleasant. We got there the day before the grand opening and enjoyed the party the next day with everyone. Very convenient to shopping dining and Cape Canaveral! Price was great stood for 2 weeks. Laundry facilities very clean, a bit expensive though. Only small complaint walls very thin you could hear quite alot.

I was nervous booking based on other reviews but the hotel was very clean and close to everything. We ended up checking in very late but the front desk clerk was still very polite and welcoming! The hotel and room was super clean and very safe feeling. A keycard is needed for entering any area of the hotel so not just anyone could enter the hotel.
Very close to stores and the cruise ships. Bed was very comfortable! I would stay there again!

Microwave in my room didn't work, only coffee in the lobby. Refrigerator and stove in room but how can you prepare anything. ,. Checking in, front desk said only coffee because cooking can be done in rooms. But how?. No utensils, cups frying pan. I was disappointed. But otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

We do offer utensils and cookware at a cost at the desk if needed. There are also additional amenities we provide at the desk (hair dryer, iron, plastic forks and spoons) if needed.
Beautiful newer property, very safe, spacious rooms. April at the front desk is the perfect example of Excellent Customer Service!! She definitely went above and beyond to accommodate us and we appreciated it so much! Our wish is that everyone in a Customer Service position would get it like April gets it

We loved everything about this property minus the beds they are kinda cheap and make alot of noise no matter how little you move but beds were still comfy. Everything else was great! Would stay again pretty cheap as well. Front desk was great they seem understaff for the house keeping though

The room was clean and the furnishings were new. The elevator worked well and the staff was nice and efficient. However, the location doesn’t have many services nearby, one restaurant and a 7-11 were all that were close. The next door neighbor's argument could be heard clearly through the adjoining wall. The refrigerator ran noisily all night. There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion provided, just tiny pieces of bar soap. The water pressure was low. No hand towels provided. I wouldn’t stay again.

We do keep a lot of amenities at our front desk for our guests. I apologize that we did not mention this during check in. As a brand we consistently do not provide hand towels but will be more than happy to exchange you used linens and terry at the front desk when needed.
A nice new place. Only downside is people tailgating in parking lot. A little distracting with the noise.

Likes....Its New and Clean but it STOPS THERE!
Dislikes....Ordered a Regular 2 Queen bed room and was given a Handicap room where beds are almost on the floor and beds very uncomfortable. Has kitchen but they DONT offer any utensils, pots or pans, anything for you to use. No soaps or shampoo for bathroom or kitchen. If you stay for any period of time you have to buy everything. If you need a hair dryer you have to check 1 out at Front desk because they dont allow them in the rooms. For them to say they are an Extended Stay Hotel they should supply the guests with what they need for the room. Sink in bathroom the stopper stayed closed because stopper handle was never hooked up to sink. The Floors bounced when you walk across the floor. Walls are paper thin. We arrived at 4pm on March 1st and people were already smoking marijuana near the Lobby which is BULLCRAP! For over $150 per night its not worth it. Stay elsewhere. NEW IS ALL U GET nothing else. AND NO CONTINENTAL ANYTHING! Just Coffee in Lobby. Never Again!

Woodspring Suites is very consistent with what it offers from property to property. Yes some items are available only at the desk and some items are also available for purchase. We do not allow any smoking within the building or near its entrances. I apologize for some of the issues you mentioned in your response and will address them. Thank you again for your feedback.

Thank you for your feedback during your stay. We normally suggest the back entrance when you have a considerable amount of items to bring into the hotel. For safety reasons our front doors do close, however we do have a phone where you can notify the front desk if you need assistance to get into the building.

Not extended stay
Probably would not stay again. Looks brand new. Door handle fell off door going into unit. Very low water pressure. Almost not enough to shower. No hand soap or anything. Explained when we arrived it’s modeled after extended stay. It isn’t an extended stay. It’s a hotel room w a larger than normal hotel room refrigerator. No coffee maker. No dishes or utensils. Long ways from an extended stay.

Thank you Douglas for responding to your survey. I want to apologize for the door handle issue you had. We are working on some of the new hotel issues that we come across. We do provide some amenities at the desk and there are some amenities such as dishware, utensils are provided at a cost. There is soap in our rooms and we are now putting shampoo in the rooms instead of offering it at our desk with the other amenities we offer.
Everything was so convenient the shopping and dining is rite therefor you.

Booked at a hotel NOT OPEN!!!
Hotel NOT OPEN! New hotel! Was told there were no cars in parking lot the day before reservation so called (Number I found for Hotel). Spoke to Mgr who assured me hotel just opened that day! When arrived an employee was in the parking lot telling others that were in town for a funeral that they had not obtained their occupational license yet and we were turned away! Tried to redirect us to a hotel 30 miles away in Melbourne beach! We all had to fend for ourselves. Horrible weekend. Slept on someone’s couch with a bad back.
