It’s got that small town charm and everything is within about 5 minutes from each other.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The desk was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the breakfast. When I came down to eat at 7, there were no eggs left. There also was no coffee. The selections were limited. Otherwise, it was a great stopover on my trip!

Stay was amazingly peaceful. Enjoyed the property and ability to stay close to Austin but not in Austin. Cooked steaks on the grill and the house had everything we needed to have a great meal with friends.

Used to live in Rockdale and graduated High School there. Still have friends there and go back once every year or 2 to visit and play golf with. Always have liked it there.
Liked the quaint town.
