Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel was well located, closer to Central station than expected. The pool was not heated. However the buffet breakfast was really disappointing. Some of the food was burned (bacon, pastries) and the coffee machine wasn't working. On the first morning we were there around 8am and various things were empty. There needed to be a lot more care and attention given to the breakfast - prepayimg this cost us hundreds of dollars over the two mornings so it wasn't like it was a free perk.

Felt like an home away from home. Huge rooms, lovely dining area for breakfast, dinner and / or drinks and fabulous staff. Great location - easy walk to HSW, the city and James Street. Will be back!
