"I had Extremely helpful staff for checking in the night we arrived however, on Monday morning, we went down to use our breakfast vouchers, which we paid for ahead of time. I had to fight with the staff member because she said we didn’t have any. I also had to have a long conversation with her about how my kids are under age 11, which meant they would receive free breakfast. Something the staff member the night before I told me. overall, I have fabulous experience here and I believe the issues I had with the staff was due to lack of training and not so much that particular person but I do think when staff are new. They should be there with someone else until they’re ready to be on their own. Normally, I would have no problem being extra patient for new people however I was travelling with two kids under the age of three, trying to keep them calm and quite while they where very hungry and having this rather long conversation with the staff member about breakfast vouchers was very frustrating."

"Staff were extremely friendly. No ice machines- guests have to ask at the front desk. Breakfast was good and constantly refilled, same menu every day. The hotel should consider having breakfast open for an additional 30 to 60 minutes to avoid the crowding of all guests trying to get their food in the same 2 hours. No decaf coffee available."
