The staff was friendly and everything was fine untill we opened our door room 412.As soon as we opened it was full of roaches. They was everywhere. We couldnt get another hotel because everything was booked because of Halloween and everyone going to Carowinds. So we had to stay because there was no where else to go and it was 35 outside. We stayed up half the night with lights on everywhere so they wouldnt come on us. Worst night ever

I was impressed with how serious this hotel is about the security of their guests. I felt very safe during my stay here! I liked how clean the hotel was both inside and out, along with how pleasent it smelled inside the hotel.

Booked thru Expedia. Did not specify that there would be a $50 refundable fee. Staff was very friendly. Especially this one lady who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. This was just a weekend for my husband and I to get some quality time away from the kids and it was what it was as far as accommodations go.

I've stayed at this location extended periods of time and sporadically from time to time over the course of four years and I've personally nevwr had an issue. The people that even stay here have always been friendly as well. Staff has always been kind and courteous and prompt as they can be. It's an enjoyable stay and for the price and amenities is actually unbeatable.

Less than Desirable

Lifted up cover sheet and their was debri on the bed, a dirty wet washcloth was in the bathroom tucked with the "clean" towels. Shower was not clean and bathroom floor. Towels and washcloths did not look clean overall. Staff could have been friendlier. I also saw yellow caution tape at the back of the property and when we got in late at night, there was a man in the parking lot in his vehicle speaking very loudly. I didn't have a safe feeling.

We stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition. Apparently this is more of a long term hotel which I did not know. People were cooking, which was expected as it was an efficiency suite hotel, however the smell in the entire building from it was terrible. They did not offer breakfast which I knew when I booked, but they also did not have ice machines which I found strange. They did not have a hair dryer in the room either. Staff were nice. We felt unsafe though as there were a lot of sketchy looking people in and out.

The check-in lady was a treat! She literally made everyone in the building feel at home. I have no doubt she enjoys her job and genuinely loves people. The ONLY drawback to the stay here was during our 3 night stay (on the 4th floor) we killed two roaches... but, honestly, we would rather kill/deal with those than bedbugs! Regardless we would stay again.

It was a good stay, the only thing I didn't like was that the property is flooded with low income people. Seems like the hotel partners with the county to provide housing for low income people. I was on the 2nd floor and can hear the people upstairs constantly banging and stomping. I was only there for a night, so I was in and out.

This was a fantastic experience although it was while I was under a lot of stress, Mandarius, was EXTREMELY friendly, professional, and impressively attentive to exactly what I requested. He deserves a raise. The room was completely clean and in great condition. I was very surprised at how clean even the crevices were. I highly recommend. I am picky and love cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, it was packed in the parking lot with cars, but I heard NOTHING inside my room or otherwise. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was hoping to have a good experience but was extremely disappointed. Check in staff was awazing. Very friendly and efficient. The cleanliness of our room was the main issue. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned at all after the last guest and were outright disgusting. The bedding was stained and placed on the bed inside out There were dead bugs smashed on the wall and left. There was feces on the floor in the hallway right outside our room that cleaning staff just ignored. Bugs (roaches) were seen alive and dead in the hallway. The cleanliness of our room was brought to the attention of the front desk and nothing was done to address it. The feces in the hallway was swept up and removed with a broom but not mopped as the stain remained the remainder of our vist. Make sure to take bath towels as they only provide 2. There were not any complimentary toiletries provided. I would not recommend this property nor would I ever book there again. The rate was great and I was aware it is not a 5 star hotel at the time of booking however at the very least I expected it to be clean and to feel comfortable enough to be able to lay my personal belongings about the room however I kept everything packed up worried about bugs. I did love the customer service provided at check in. She was amazing.

Room was very adverage. The nightly rate reflected this as well. Beds were not comfortable. Plastic coated I guess for pets. There were shady guests staying at the hotel arguing in the room next to mine. I would not stay here again.
