「Lovely hotel - literally ski in/ski out, with the slopes right outside the doorstep (and a helpful ski locker in the basement). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitiely recommended for an upmarket experience on the ski slopes!」

「Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.」

「Everything about this hotel is FANTASTIC. The staff is the friendliest, customer service is amazing and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous plus the rooms are really spacious. Honestly if it wasn’t because we were skiing I don’t think we would’ve left our room. It was late in the season and the hotel was still staffed. Definitely worth the price, amazing all over. 」

「Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c...

Nice to be able to book a private 30 min hot tub (would be great if it was a touch hotter and a little less bubbly!) the themed dinner nights were excellent and the food very good. We opted for the half board which was excellent value (even considering we opted for one night out at Les Coursives in Meribel village...
