This hotel is very clean and has gorgeous views. But what was also remarkable was that the staff was not only friendly, but also went above and beyond to help us figure out transportation during a train strike. We truly appreciated everyone that helped. When you visit, be sure to eat at the restaurant! You won't regret it! It was delicious! Merci beaucoup!

Le Bellaroc a bien changé.

Arrivés sur place sous la pluie, la piscine extérieure était fermée. Dommage, hôtel réservé pour piscine. La chambre est ancienne, et la salle de bains bien trop petite avec un store de douche en matière plastique donc on met de l'eau partout. Déception pour nous, il y a quelques années, le restaurant proposait des spécialités locales. Or, depuis, un changement de propriétaire a transformé les lieux en pizzeria. Sinon, le service est top, rapide et bienveillant. Bonne cuisine. Espace de la chambre correct avec grand lit.

Excellent hôtel et très bien situé

Excellent hôtel ! Très bon accueil, bel hôtel, à 15mn à pied du centre de Rocamadour, à 150m de la grotte des merveilles, et à 12mn en voiture de la grotte de Lacave. Excellent petit déjeuner sauf les jus de fruits qui pourraient être meilleurs (orange et pomme). La chambre est agréable, seul bémol le rideau de douche qui n'est pas agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très belle hôtel et le personnel est très accueillant ils nous ont même donné la possibilité de mettre notre moto à l abris. Il y a une belle piscine dommage qu avec le mauvais temps nous n avons pas pu la testé. Je recommande cet hôtel en plus il est très bien placé pour faire les visites de rocamadour à pied

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner variée, personnel agréable, souriant et disponible. La piscine est bien agréable. Seul petit bémol la douche avec un rideau de douche, pas très grande et l’eau coule en dehors du bac avec le rideau. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région.

Good Location

All facilities at the 'hotel' were closed when we arrived at 7.50pm. Receptionist left as soon as we arrived so no means of contact if we had an issue. Room was a micro room, tiny! View over car park....hotel was empty, so why not give us a room over looking the valley at the front, but no. Location was good, over looking Rocamadour.

Hôtel bien situé correct pour un deux étoiles

Accueil moyen, le patron était peu souriant, un peu froid et c’est dommage. Nous avions demandé une chambre avec vue sur la vallée et on s’est retrouvé avec une vue sur le parking. Adieu la belle vue espérée pour un week-end en amoureux... La chambre était propre avec une salle d’eau minuscule de 3 m2 douche comprise très minimaliste et avec un rideau de douche en plastique et son inconfort ! La literie est trop raide et le lit grince . Le petit déjeuner est parfait pour 9€. La serveuse était très agréable souriante et bienveillante. Une vraie gentillesse ce qui rattrape un peu l’attitude froide et un peu hautaine du patron. Au final on peut dire malgré tout que pour le prix réglé cet hôtel est correct et très bien situé.

nous avons fait un arret sur le retour de nos vacances en Espagne et l hotel bellaroc est parfait, nous comptons d ailleur y passer plus de temps l année prochaine, l acceuil est sympa ,le resto également, dejeuner sur la terrasse avec une superbe vue, tout est parfait, a recommander dans hésitations.

Nous ne recommanderions pas cet hotel à nos amis !

Le manque de personnel est vraiment particulièrement désagréable lorsqu'on arrive à 18h15 et qu'i n'y a personne pour vous accueillir !!! Le manque d'ascenseur lorsqu'on a des valises lourdes à monter !
